NIYIEM studio and the GROTTO is found below the NEST in a warm, inviting, industrial style space. 850 square feet with full bathroom, it can be rearranged and customized to suit your needs. A maximum 8 people are permitted during a workshop, gathering or anything you dream, and parking is provided on site.
Rates are hourly, half day and full day.
THE BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCESS

There is no charge to come browse at the GROTTO! Please follow the same booking process listed below to enjoy a personal shopping experience!

Submit the required information so we can contact you to confirm availability.

For workshops | gatherings: once availability is confirmed an invoice will be emailed.

Payment is due within 24 hours to secure your desired times.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES - we understand plans can change so we offer the following refund options.

Full refund for cancellations outside of 14 days

50% refund for cancellations within 7 days

No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.

Changes will be accommodated based on availability and amount of time given for notice.
DURING YOUR BOOKING

A one time access code will be emailed or texted the day of your booking.

15 minutes is allotted for setting up. If more time is needed please include that in your booking for your rented hours. For example if you are offering a 2 hour workshop but need half and hour to set up easels and tools etc. please book an additional hour to accommodate the time needed to set up and take down your supplies.

Simple amenities will be provided: Kettle, bar fridge. Please bring any extras you will need.

Furniture and display can be rearranged but must be discussed and approved in advance.

The STUDIO is below our air bnb - the NEST - please be respectful of guests with noise levels.
AFTER YOUR BOOKING

15 minutes is allotted for clean up and furniture replacement. If more time is needed please include that in your booking for your rented hours. For example if you are offering a 2 hour workshop but need half and hour to set up easels and tools etc. please book an additional hour to accommodate the time needed to set up and take down your supplies.

Two cleaning options are available. 1. A cleaning fee of $60 can be paid in advance and all cleaning and furniture replacement is done on your behalf (not including your own tools etc. used). 2. You may do all of the cleaning, including: dishes, vacuuming, washroom facilities and anything that is needed to restore the GROTTO to it's original state. Failure to meet the cleaning standards will result in an additional cleaning fee.
