The Studio Lounge

NIYIEM studio and the GROTTO are found below the NEST in a warm, inviting, industrial style space. 850 square feet with full bathroom, it can be rearranged and customized to suit your needs. A maximum 8 people are permitted during a workshop, gathering or anything you dream, and parking is provided on site.

Rates are hourly, half day and full day.
